Lindsay, your willingness and ability to make every student feel valued and that their struggles were important but also surmountable has been invaluable to us all. You cared deeply and it was obvious. Your care and attention to detail is a major part of why CSE felt like a community, not just a results-driven work place. I will always be grateful for the support and advice you provided, while always finding time to make me (and I’m sure everyone else) feel like a priority, not just one of many.
